RETURN POLICY Last updated: January 22, 2026

REFUNDS & RETURNS All sales are final. Because our current collection consists of Limited Edition items produced in small batches, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Please review the sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS While we inspect every item before it ships, we understand that issues can happen. We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  1. The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., broken snaps, torn fabric).

  2. You received the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a Small but received a Large).

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pawyears.com.

To process a claim, you must:

  • Email us with your Order Number.

  • Attach a clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect item received.

Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement (if stock is available) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
